New Year's Cocktail: Vikre Cedar Gin and Apple Cider

Vikre is the Duluth distiller that produces several different drinks including a cedar infused gin. This is a simple cocktail that takes advantage of the cedar infusion. Here it is.

1 shot Vikre Cedar Gin
 6 oz fresh (Minnesota) apple cider
splash of apple brandy or Calvados
2 slices of lime

put gin in glass, fill with cold apple cider, add splash of brandy and squeeze one slice of lime into the drink, use the second slice as a garnish.
